CCB was founded in October 1988 by Dave & Brad Canfield. The company started with hand assembly of POP displays. With an initial staff of 12 employees, CCB has grown to an impressive 100 full time employees and 150-200 contract staff. Along with our growth of employees, our facilities have also increased from an initial 15,000 square feet to 180,000 square feet. Our managers
offer over 130 years of combined packaging expertise.

Employment Opportunities
Maintenance Mechanic
Position will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment. Position requires a degree in Industrial Technology and/or have at least one year experience in related field, basic math and writing skills, ability to lift 50lbs and stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, above average organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of PLC's, 3-Phase, Fabrication and Pneumatics is a must. Work schedule could be on any shift in a three-shift operation. Line Leaders
Position will be responsible for daily operation of packaging/assembly line. This includes, but not limited to: managing and motivating people, production reports, light maintenance, quality assurance, and inventory counts. Position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, basic math and writing skills, ability to lift 40lbs frequently, stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, above average organizational and time management skills, and people skills used to lead and motivate in a team environment. Work schedule could be on any shift in a three-shift operation. Forklift Operators
Position responsible for driving a forklift to move, load, and unload product or material in a safe and efficient manner. Position requires at least 6 months experience, basic math and writing skills, ability to lift 50lbs, stand. walk, and climb for short periods of time, above average organizational and time management skills, and people skills. Work schedule could be on any shift in a three-shift operation.
