- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Accounts Payable duties including compiling, sorting, and entering invoices into the accounting system.
- Investigate and reconcile any A/P discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Facilitate payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures as they relate to food and associate safety practices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures are followed and that food safety programs are adhered to.
- Ensure accuracy of the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) designated tasks.
- Supervise production employees on 3rd shift to ensure production guidelines are being met within established timing, quality, and cost standards.
- Train, direct, coach and lead the production team in all areas of manufacturing operations to meet production, safety and quality requirements.
- Drive the communication of production goals and objectives, as well as results, in order to effectively motivate the team to maintain a high standard of product quality while maximizing plant efficiencies.
- Perform daily walks and visual inspections of the production floor in observation of unsafe acts or conditions and take immediate corrective action where necessary.
- Maintain daily floor presence to identify risks, coach teams, and support real-tine decision making
- Ensure code dating, label accuracy, packaging integrity, allergen controls, and product specifications are met.
- Build training systems and succession plans for key quality positions
